The company focuses on providing high-quality credit advice and is a relationship-driven rather than transactionally focused business. Badu Capital services both purchasers and refinance. Whilst starting its journey helping First Home Buyers, their client demographic has shifted towards more sophisticated borrowers and more complex lending. The company has a unique value proposition for Brokers looking to digitise their business and learn how to engage and manage clients through digital and telephone marketing enquiries.
Objective
Our objective was to provide Badu Capital with another lead source to complement existing lead funnels and build database density whilst growing revenue. After allowing for a couple of months to build the pipeline, the partnership has and is delivering on this objective and has become an important part of Badu Capital's marketing strategy.
Approach

Result
Since partnering with Badu Capital, we’ve supercharged Badu’s loan volumes and, as a result, their turnover. “Our revenue has increased in combination with organic growth and via this new lead source by over 75% this financial year, and expect to be able to achieve similar amounts of revenue growth next financial year as our capacity to handle higher enquiry volumes increases”. As a result, Badu was able to grow its workforce with the confidence of providing good leads combined with excellent lead handling training to give their brokers a fast and profitable entry into the industry. It's also boosting their existing earnings by adding another layer of lead generation in conjunction with simple, practical training to make the most of them.
